As an electrical services company who mainly works around LED light fixtures, we’ve come to know our stuff. Well, we already knew a fair bit before we began, but over 20+ years, our knowledge has definitely developed. To be honest, you’d probably think of us as LED geeks.
We have this knowledge because of the sheer amount of LED lighting we’ve worked with. We’ve come into contact with different brands, different types and different styles. We’ve installed, removed, dissected and re-built LEDs from all over the place. So we know the literal ins and outs of every brands product.
What we discovered? They could be better. No brand had an LED that we saw as the ultimate light fixture, particularly for the automotive industry where we specialise. So, we decided it was our turn. We set out on a journey to develop an LED luminaire to show all the big-dogs who’s boss.

We partnered with Hilclare, who have more than 30 years of experience in LED manufacturing, to develop and make LED products for the automotive industry. With our hands-on expertise and their manufacturing skill, we made the perfect team.
AUTOLUX
We created the AUTOLUX as a great lighting solution for the automotive industry that removed the hassle of other LEDs. It’s high-output and meets the required lux levels for the job at hand, but it’s incredibly energy efficient and so requires less power than other LEDs of the same brightness, and is also very low maintenance. Sounds good, right?
The AUTOLUX is easily installed, particularly when you have our team doing it for you. This means that we’re in and out of your place quicker, leaving you to get back to work as usual. We also guarantee a 50,000 hour use so that you can keep working with them for about 15 years (as an estimation) without any maintenance. This exceptionally long running time means you can get back to working on cars and leave the lights to do their thing.
They’re specifically designed for work within the automotive industry. The LED luminaire is made up of PL lamps in service trays and uses Philips components that are the best in the market. These components work to an L70 standard, which means that after that 50,000 running hours time is up, they’ll still give out 70% of their full light a day after.
The low energy usage means that you get the bright lights you need without sucking all of the electricity out of your workshop. In fact, they’ll give you at least a 50% energy saving over other LED solutions!
The light is distributed evenly and uniformly. This reduces shadows and areas of higher brightness, meaning that you have better vision when working on cars body repairs.
BOOTHLUX 1 & 2
Both of our newer BOOTHLUX LED Luminaires are made to be installed in any car bodyshop spraybooth. Just like the AUTOLUX, these lights are incredibly easy to install so we can get out of your hair quicker.
The BOOTHLUX gives out an average of 2000 lux in terms of illumination, and that’s guaranteed. We again used the same Philips components as the AUTOLUX, which are the best currently on the market, and ensures that 50,000 hours running time.
These LEDs are incredibly energy efficient, especially when you consider their brightness. Compared to other LED luminaries in spraybooths, the BOOTHLUX 1 will give a 43% energy saving and the BOOTHLUX 2 will give a 52% energy saving.
Why We Made Our Own
You might be wondering why we went to all that effort to make our own products. Couldn’t we have just spent more time installing and less time making? Well, we could’ve done, but we never would’ve felt satisfied.
Our aim is to deliver the best LED lighting to the automotive industry. Before, we were doing that through design and installation, but we always knew we could do better. It was the products on the market that were holding us back. Because of that it also meant that you lot weren’t getting the kind of lighting that you really needed; it just wasn’t available for you.
So, we took everything we knew about the current LEDs – their best and worst features – and we made the AUTOLUX and BOOTHLUX to completely wipe the floor with the rest. We made an LED we felt proud to install and that really made a difference to our customers’ work. Then we were finally happy.
Who Can Get Them
Both the AUTOLUX and BOOTHLUX are completely unique to us. We developed, tested and manufactured them and we’re the only company who can get them to you. We own the patent for our products and we’re keeping it that way. This is because we know exactly how to install our lights for the best results and we don’t particularly want someone else to come along and do a bad job, making our products look bad.
To make our LEDs accessible to as many small automotive companies as possible, we provide payment plans. We know that switching to our lights can be a big change and sometimes you don’t have that money straight away, but we don’t want you to miss out.
We also keep disruption to the absolute minimum so that we don’t affect your work. Most garages are run by SME business owners, so a day’s downtime would really have a knock-on effect. Our team work to install your LEDs quickly and discreetly so you can continue to work.
